I visited several months ago for a Softwave treatment with Rita Tsipen on my lower face, and neck—and the experience was outstanding. Now, six months later, the results have exceeded my expectations. Their no double booking policy makes it easy to be seen without the stress of long wait times, which is very rare for an office in Brooklyn, especially one that accepts insurance. They are also bilingual - English & Russian, which is helpful in a community where the population is mostly Russian(speaking).
