Dr. Joseph Iwanicki, MD

Dr. Joseph Iwanicki MD graduated from the medical Academy of Wroclaw, Poland in 1974. After moving to the US Dr. Iwanicki completed his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, NY. Dr. Iwanicki is currently an active member of the American College of obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Iwanicki is a compassionate doctor beloved by his patients who has spent the last 40 years in clinical practice focused on women’s health and wellness. As a lover of beauty Dr. Iwanicki has also always had an interest in aesthetic medicine and has attended several advanced trainings and certifications. As medical director of Kalon Dermatology Dr. Iwanicki is bringing his love of patient care and aesthetic medicine to a new audience in this advanced Dermatology practice.

Mark Iwanicki, ND

Dr. Mark Iwanicki is a licensed naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist currently practicing in NYC. Dr. Mark graduated from Cornell undergrad with a degree in pre-veterinary studies on track to become a veterinarian. A health crisis forced Dr. Mark to change directions and seek the help of a close family friend who was a medical doctor practicing completely holistically and naturopathically. After having his life transformed by this natural medicine experience Dr. Mark decided to change tracks and study natural approaches to health and wellness that help people recover from chronic illness.

Dr. Mark received his ND and LAc degree from NUNM in Portland. After graduating he spent 3 years at the Clear Center of Health in Mill Valley California mentoring with Dr. Beth McDougall, one of the country’s foremost experts on the use of bioidentical hormone therapy in the treatment of chronic disease. Most recently Dr. Mark spent time working at the New York Center for Innovative Medicine in Huntington Long Island, one of the world’s premier European Biological Medicine clinics. Dr. Mark’s primary areas of interest are on innovative European Biological Medicine modalities that work to support anti-aging and longevity through detoxification, gastrointestinal health, aesthetic medicine, and natural skin care solutions.

Danny Bronshtein,NP-C, MSN

Danny Bronshtein is a licensed and board certified Nurse Practitioner; he received his Masters of Science degree from the City University of New York and completed his NP program at the College of Staten-Island with emphasis on primary care. Danny is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and completed post grad training with the national academy of dermatology nurse practitioners. Danny carries a strong passion to help all patients, and those who need help with their skin in particular. Offering treatment to common skin conditions such as acne, discolorations, rosacea, analysis (biopsy) of skin disorders and dermatological aesthetics services.
Besides working at Kalon Dermatology Danny is also a part-time faculty member teaching Biology. Danny enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid participant in all types of sports.

Yelena Terushkin, PA-C, MSPA

Yelena Terushkin is a licensed physician assistant in the state of New York and Florida with experience in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She has successfully treated dermatological conditions in both pediatric and adult populations of all skin types.

Yelena also specializes in cosmetic dermatology including Botulinum Toxin, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and lasers. Ms. Terushkin graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management. She then went on to earn her master’s in physician assistant studies from York College of Queens, New York. As a dermatology physician assistant, Yelena takes great pride in providing high quality superior patient-centered care. She loves spending the extra time getting to know her patients, and receives great satisfaction helping patients achieve health and improved self-confidence.

Dr. Michael Gladstein, MD

Dr. Michael Gladstein is a board certified dermatologist; he completed medical school at NYU and completed his residency at New York University Medical Center. With almost 3 decades of experience he serves Brooklyn, Queens, and greater NYC. He strives to be very thorough when examining patients using modern equipment to get the job done. As a Castle Connelly Top Doctor, Dr. Gladstein works to create a sense of comfort and understanding. He answers his patients’ questions and explains everything in detail. A well-rounded New Yorker, Dr. Gladstein loves playing the saxophone in his time off, as well as gardening and bicycling. He looks forward to serving you.

Jane Levitt, PA

Ms. Jane Levitt graduated Magna cum Laude from Pace University- Lenox Hill Hospital Physician Assistant Program. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She has been a Physician assistant for over a decade, practicing adult and pediatric dermatology. With an extensive experience in her field of practice, Ms. Levitt provides excellent patient care with the goal of helping her patients lead healthy and fulfilling lives. She has vast knowledge in diagnosing and treating a wide array of dermatological diseases such as acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, warts, and hair loss. Rita Tsipen, PA

Rita Tsipen is a board certified Physician Assistant, having completed her medical training at Long Island University, graduating with a master’s degree. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Rita has been a Dermatology PA for 7 years. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) with licenses in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Her scope of practice includes both medical and cosmetic dermatology, treating children of all ages and adults. She enjoys educating her patients about skin care and finding a skin care regimen that is a good fit for each individual patient. She strongly believes that all patients should feel good about their skin. In addition to practicing Dermatology, she also specialized in Women’s Health at Maimonides Medical Center, allowing her to integrate her experience in both specialties to better serve her patients. She is bilingual in English and Russian. In her free time, Rita Tsipen loves to travel and explore new places. She enjoys trying different cuisines wherever she goes. Her friends would call her a “foodie”. When she’s not traveling, Rita’s guilty pleasure includes binge watching her favorite TV shows if time allows for it.

Tatiana Davydova, PA

Tatiana Davydova is a Dermatology Physician Assistant at Kalon Dermatology, she graduated from Hunter College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from SUNY Downstate. With a genuine passion for the field, her goal is to provide exceptional care and to deliver the highest quality service to every patient. She believes that establishing a warm and trusting relationship with her patients is paramount to effective healthcare. And is proud to offer bilingual assistance in both Russian and English, ensuring that language is never a barrier to your care. She is a member of The Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). When not at the clinic, she cherishes spending quality time with her family. Her ultimate goal is to explore the beauty of our world through travel, learning, and cultural experiences. Yulia Panina

Yulia Panina is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from New York Hunter College and has been a NYC resident since 2004. She worked in an acute care setting while pursuing her degree to practice in her dream specialty, dermatology. She also worked in plastic surgery for over 2 years mastering her aesthetic skills including a wide variety of laser, RF and ultrasound technologies. On her journey she discovered quite often that an aesthetic approach alone cannot produce remarkable results without a proper management of chronic skin conditions. While in her Master’s program, Yulia received substantial dermatology training from her clinical rotations. She now looks forward to continuing her journey at Kalon Dermatology and helping her clients achieve their best possible results.
